We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards through Stripe. All payments are processed securely through the payment provider during eCRATER checkout.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. For returns due to buyer preference, ordering the wrong item, or simply no longer wanting the item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide return instructions. If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or is significantly not as described, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Yes! We combine shipping whenever possible to help you save.- We ask you to simply add the items into your cart and the combined shipping discount will be applied automatically.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared. We carefully package all orders to help prevent damage during shipping. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays, weekends, and peak shipping periods.
