Payment
We accept payments through PayPal and credit/debit cards processed through Stripe.
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has cleared.
All orders are carefully packaged to help prevent damage during shipping.
Combined shipping is available when multiple items are purchased together, when applicable.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier. CardboardDesires is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery when an item is significantly not as described in the listing.
Buyers should contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping when the item was accurately described. If the item was incorrectly described or the wrong item was sent, we will cover the appropriate return shipping cost.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Item Condition
We describe all cards and merchandise as accurately as possible based on their condition at the time of listing.
Trading cards are pre-owned unless specifically stated otherwise.
Please review the photographs and description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item's condition, please contact us before placing your order.
